Did you know we have two vineyards in Capiz?
Yes, we have two small vineyards in Capiz. One is in Ivisan and the other is in Pilar. These are organic start ups started by entrepreneurial spirits who are finding their way in the wine world. It’s too early to start producing wines as the harvest is limited at this time. The grapes start to mature in December through May. The photo above was taken in May, the end of the season.
